Private beta status
Sportli is preparing and operating a private beta. Features, availability, and experience may change without notice. Access may be limited, invited, or revoked as the product develops.
These Terms apply to use of the Sportli public website and participation in the Sportli private beta. They are intentionally restrained and do not invent legal entity details, governing jurisdiction, or commercial subscription terms.
Account responsibility
If you create or are granted an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity that occurs through your account. Contact support@sportli.app promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Accurate profile information
Profile details such as skill level, playing area, and related information should be reasonably accurate so other players can make informed decisions about matches.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Sportli lawfully and respectfully. You may not:
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- Use Sportli to spam, scrape, or harass others
- Upload harmful, illegal, or deceptive content
Harassment and abuse
Harassment, threats, discrimination, and abusive behavior are not allowed. Sportli may investigate reports and take action that it considers appropriate for the safety of the community.
Match commitments
Sportli is designed to help players organize matches with clarity. Creating, joining, or confirming a match is a social commitment to other players. Sportli does not guarantee that any match will take place or that every participant will attend.
Attendance and cancellations
Responsible attendance and timely cancellations matter. Repeated no-shows, last-minute cancellations without good cause, or patterns that undermine trust may affect your ability to continue using the private beta.
User-generated profile content
You retain rights to content you submit, such as an optional avatar or profile text. By submitting content, you grant Sportli a limited license to host and display that content as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit it.
Availability and service changes
Sportli may modify, suspend, or discontinue features during the private beta. The service may experience downtime, incomplete functionality, or experimental behavior.
Intellectual property
Sportli branding, product design, software, and related materials are owned by Sportli or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Sportli intellectual property.
Suspension or termination
Sportli may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if abuse is reported, or if continued access would harm other users or the product.
Limitation of liability
Sportli is provided on an early beta basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or match outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sportli is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or private beta.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
