1. Our standard
Sportli should help adults organize padel safely, respectfully and reliably. Treat people as real partners and opponents, communicate clearly and use the product in a way that supports trust on and off court.
2. Adults only
Sportli's initial service is strictly for people aged 18 or older. Do not create an account for a minor, invite a minor to use the service, misstate age or use Sportli to contact, groom, exploit or sexualize a minor. Suspected child sexual exploitation or immediate danger may be preserved and reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
3. Be authentic
- Use your own account and reasonably accurate profile and skill information.
- Do not impersonate another person, venue, organization or moderator.
- Do not use duplicate accounts to mislead others, manipulate trust or evade a restriction.
4. Respect people
Harassment, bullying, intimidation, stalking, threats, blackmail and encouragement of violence or self-harm are prohibited. So are hateful or degrading attacks based on nationality, ethnicity, religion, race, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or another protected or vulnerable characteristic.
Disagreement and competitive play are allowed; targeted abuse is not. Do not repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop or try to evade a block through another account or channel.
5. Keep sexual and exploitative content out
Do not post pornography, explicit sexual content, sexual solicitation, non-consensual intimate material, content that objectifies another real person, prostitution or trafficking content, or any sexual content involving minors. Sportli is a padel community, not a dating or hookup service.
6. Protect privacy
Do not publish another person's private contact details, address, precise location, identity documents, financial information, authentication material, private messages or images without permission. Do not record or share people at a venue where doing so is unlawful or against venue rules.
7. No fraud, spam or manipulation
- No phishing, scams, deceptive links, malware, unsolicited bulk messages or commercial spam.
- No buying, selling or transferring accounts, ratings, attendance records or access.
- No scraping, unauthorized automation, fake engagement, coordinated reporting abuse or attempts to manipulate discovery, trust or moderation systems.
8. Lawful and safe conduct
Do not use Sportli to organize illegal activity, promote dangerous weapons or controlled substances, facilitate violence or evade law enforcement. Follow applicable law and venue rules. Sportli is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.
9. Match commitments
- Create only genuine matches with accurate time, location, level and participation details.
- Respond clearly, arrive on time and cancel or leave promptly when plans change.
- Do not intentionally strand players, repeatedly no-show, falsify attendance or retaliate over fair match feedback.
- Respect venue staff, equipment, opponents and local safety rules.
10. Chat rules
Match and direct chats must stay relevant and respectful. Do not send threats, abuse, unwanted sexual messages, repeated off-topic solicitation, personal-data demands, malicious files or links, or instructions for evading safety controls. A private chat is not permission to violate these Guidelines.
11. Blocking and reporting
You can block another user from supported profile or chat surfaces and review blocked accounts in Settings. You can report profiles, messages and relevant conduct using the available report flow. Choose the most accurate reason and provide only information necessary to explain the concern.
Do not submit knowingly false, retaliatory, discriminatory or coordinated reports. Reporter identity and internal evidence are restricted, but absolute confidentiality cannot be promised where disclosure is required by law or necessary for due process and safety.
12. Enforcement
Sportli may consider content, context, severity, credible risk, prior conduct and attempts to evade enforcement. Action may include a warning, content limitation, chat restriction, account hold, suspension, termination, evidence preservation or a legally required report. Serious conduct may result in immediate action; repeated lower-level conduct may also lead to stronger restrictions.
13. Appeals
Where an appeal option is available, explain briefly why the decision should be reviewed and provide relevant non-sensitive context. Sportli may uphold, shorten, reverse or otherwise modify a decision. Appeals do not guarantee restoration and may take time because the beta is operated by a single moderator during stated review windows.
14. Support expectations
The owner currently reviews the trusted report queue at approximately 09:00 and 21:00 Asia/Jerusalem during the beta. These are operating windows, not a guaranteed response time or 24/7 service. For general safety questions, email sportliapp@gmail.com.
